This policy covers personal data collected through awards.cyber100.club.

Who Is Responsible

The data controller is Cyber247 Technologies Ltd, trading as Cyber 100 Club. Contact bharat.rai@cyber100.club about anything in this policy, including a request to access or delete your data.

What We Collect

• About you, the nominator: name, organisation, sector, country, work email and contact number.
• About the nominee: the details and written answers you provide, which vary by award type.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser user agent, recorded with each submission.

No files are uploaded. Supporting evidence is provided as links only.

Incomplete Nominations

Because your answers save as you go, we hold your email address and your partial answers from the moment you complete the third step, before you have submitted anything. We use that address to send you a link back to your unfinished nomination and, if it stays unfinished, up to two reminders. An incomplete nomination is never seen by the jury. Incomplete nominations are deleted 30 days after nominations close. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Why We Hold It, and on What Basis

• To run the awards: to evaluate your nomination and contact you about it. Our basis is legitimate interests in operating the awards you chose to enter.
• To let you resume an unfinished nomination and to send you the reminders described above.
• Marketing about future events is sent only if you have opted in, and you can withdraw at any time.

Who Sees It

• The awards jury, for evaluation. Jury members see nomination content, not your technical data.
• The organising team at Cyber247 Technologies Ltd and Cyber 100 Club.
• Galaxy Website Design, which builds and maintains this site.
• Our email provider, Resend, which delivers the messages this site sends.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How Long We Keep It

Submitted nominations are kept for 12 months after the event and then deleted. Incomplete nominations are deleted as described above.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email the address above and we will respond within one month. If you nominated someone else, they have these same rights over the data you provided about them.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie to keep your session and protect the form against cross-site request forgery. It carries no advertising or analytics identifier. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the final submission step to check that a person, not a script, is submitting the form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
