Rules and Guidelines

These rules govern nominations for the Cyber AI Achievers Awards by Cyber100.

Submission Rules

• Nominations close on Thursday 10 September 2026, 23:59. Late nominations cannot be accepted.
• One submission covers one category. To nominate in more than one category, complete the form again for each.
• Self-nominations are welcome and are judged on the same basis as third-party nominations.
• Where you are nominating someone else, you should have their consent before submitting.
• Supporting evidence is provided as links only. Links must be publicly accessible without a login, or the jury cannot consider them.
• Every written answer is limited to 1,500 characters.
• Information must be accurate to the best of the nominator's knowledge.

Multiple Categories

A nominee may be entered in more than one category, but may win only one award. Where a nominee is shortlisted in several categories, the jury decides which single award best reflects the contribution.

Evaluation and Confidentiality

• All nominations are read by the jury and evaluated against the questions asked for that award type.
• The jury's decision is final. No correspondence is entered into regarding individual outcomes.
• Nomination content is shared with the jury for evaluation and is not published without consent.
• Eligibility questions are asked to inform the jury, not to filter entries automatically. The jury decides.

Ethical Standards

Nominations must be truthful and must not misrepresent the achievements of the nominee, their team or their organisation. Nominations found to contain material misrepresentation may be withdrawn from consideration at the jury's discretion.

Recognition

The shortlist is announced on 2026-09-12. Winners are announced and presented at the ceremony on Thursday 17 September 2026 at ROVE Hotel, Expo City, Dubai.

Event Attendance

Shortlisted nominees are invited to the ceremony. Attendance is not a condition of winning, but we encourage nominees or a representative to attend so the award can be received in person. Doors 4:00pm, awards presented 5:45pm.

Travel and Logistics

Travel, accommodation and any visa arrangements are the responsibility of the nominee or their organisation. The organisers do not cover travel costs.
